100 Days of happiness challenge

Take 100 days. Think positive! The challenge is as simple as it sounds. Just find something happy in each day for 100 consecutive days. Take a picture, write about it, create a tag and post it somewhere. It’s not about bragging or showing off. It’s simply finding the things that make you happy in life.

I have found this challenge fairly easy on some days but I am not going to lie there were times at 4pm where the day was not going well that had me thinking what on earth is going to change this mood. Small things can have the greatest impact and you may not find them but they will find you.
