The ever-awesome Joey Spiotto has a gallery show at Gallery 1988 in Hollywood with 50 new works inspired by some of his favorite movies, music, TV shows and video games—turning them into Little Golden Books. As part of the show, and in cooperation with Marvel, he created a one-of-a-kind framed record album (which you can see above), and people can come into the gallery or go to gallery1988.com and purchase a $5 raffle ticket. When his show closes they’ll draw a name and that person will win the artwork and all of the money from the auction will be donated to Child’s Play Charity.
Pretty awesome!

100 Days of happiness challenge

Take 100 days. Think positive! The challenge is as simple as it sounds. Just find something happy in each day for 100 consecutive days. Take a picture, write about it, create a tag and post it somewhere. It’s not about bragging or showing off. It’s simply finding the things that make you happy in life.

I have found this challenge fairly easy on some days but I am not going to lie there were times at 4pm where the day was not going well that had me thinking what on earth is going to change this mood. Small things can have the greatest impact and you may not find them but they will find you.

Just post what makes you smile.

Everyone deserves the smallest of happiness.
